How To W.E.R.K Your Facebook Ads Copy With the Million Dollar Word Stylist Apryl Beverly

Today was an interview recording day on the Paid Ads Traffic Summit. I had a great time interviewing who I view as one of the most fun, inventive and business savvy female copywriters in this entrepreneurial hustle, Apryl Beverly a.k.a The Million Dollar Word Stylist.

I first ran into Apryl on Facebook, shortly after I decided to come out of my social media hibernation. 

I knew if I wanted mind blowing conversions I need equally mind blowing copy, so I started to study the art of copywriting. I was bored with the  same ol' same ol', so-so sales pages and pitches I was bombarded with in the digital marketing world. I mean their work was OK but it was predictable and being the non conformist person that I am ( my friends say I am just plain EXTRA, but hey that's how the good Lord made me), I craved something different.

Why did Apryl's copy writing work stand out to me like a chick wearing RED  to a party where the dress code stipulated ALL WHITE? ( Yes you know there is always one rebel guest who does that!!).  Here's why?

• She apologetically injected urban slang into her sales pages and Facebook ads in a manner that effectively attracted her ideal client and repelled didn't resonate with her brand. She totally understood the first tenet of marketing. Not EVERYONE is your customer.
  
  
• Apryl's signature phrases such as "smack the buy button", "internet streets" and "WERK ethics" painted a picture that was highly relatable  to any hardworking entrepreneur seeking fame, fortune the elusive six figure launch  on these mean "internet streets" ( See it's catchy, I told ya).
  
  
• She infused her personality DNA into her copy like no other  (thus making it impossible to rip off, after all there is only one Apryl Beverly, and YOU for that matter). Her unmistakable vibrancy  radiated from her Facebook posts. Even if you didn't look at the her profile name, you would instantly recognize her posts as it has her style stamped all over it.  
  
  No matter how mundane the topic she would bring it juicy life like two girlfriends chatting over who did what on the latest episode of the Real House Wives of Atlanta ( or whatever your reality TV secret is, don't judge). That sealed the deal for me, she instantly became a biz homie in my head even though we hadn't actually worked together.
  
  
• She continually brought mega value to the market with free training, challenges and webinars on how to write captivating and converting copy in all aspects of your online business.
  
  
• Her real superpower was in her smooth transition from giving free value to dropping a sensational offer on her audience that converted well and was highly profitable. I have a smart business woman radar and Apryl Beverly definitely set off all the alarm bells in that department.
  
  So I guess it was a foregone conclusion that I would invite her to be an expert speaker on this summit and SHE DIDN'T DISAPPOINT. She dropped the full deets on F.A.S.T. Money!
